Girlfriend Furious After Boyfriend Divorces Their Two Cats

Today we have the story of a fairly odd couple. Similar to the controlling boyfriend who moved in and started trying to change the way his girlfriend parented her puppies, what a roller coaster of a story that was! But anyway, today's story is a little bit different. The subject of this story, a 27-year-old guy, had his girlfriend of two years move in, and bring her pet cat with her (he also had a cat, so now they have two cats). This woman decided to stage a wedding between their two cats, which is pretty insane behavior if we do say so ourselves, although it didn't hurt anybody, unlike the Karen who tried to ban a woman's pet dog from the neighborhood  after her husband hit on the woman inappropriately. Anyway, in today's story, the couple are upset with one another after the man served the woman's cat with some divorce papers. Seems like a bit of trouble in cat paradise…

You might be wondering, "why would someone try to marry two cats and then get upset when her boyfriend isn't into it?" and our only guess is that perhaps this kooky woman was trying to send a message to her boyfriend that she was ready for marriage, and he didn't take the hint at all.  After talking about the incident online, the internet shared their thoughts, and it got pretty crazy. Many people claimed that this man's story was too outlandish and that he was making it up, while others said it totally made sense to them. Let us know your take in the comments section!

    Ok first of all, we have an awful lot of questions. When this guy says "serving my girlfriends cat divorce papers" it really implies that the cats were legally married before. They were never legally married, right? Is that a thing? Legal marriage of two animals? We're still confused…

    Ah they moved in together, great. But we have to wonder,  if you two have been together for two years than how were you unaware that she was the kind of person who would marry two cats until now? Seems to us like she is trying to hint that she wants you to propose to her.

    Font - KittyMimi Dude not wanting his cat to get married to hers is an absolutely bizarre boundary, and a red flag to me Imao. It would be very difficult for me (and apparently OP's gf) to respect that. People are certainly allowed to have boundaries, but not all of them are "normal."
